The lineup for the "Freedom 250" concert in Washington DC was announced a couple of days ago. The lineup was a list of mostly has-beens like Vanilla Ice and C+C Music Factory. Supposedly the event was pitched to them as a non-partisan event.
Well it is being promoted by Trump so obviously it isn't planned to be non-partisan. . . so musicians have started announcing that they will not be attending or performing. The latest to do so is Martina McBride and she has joined C+C Music Factory, Young MC, and Morris Day and the Time. I wouldn't be surprised to see more announce that they aren't going to do it.
It is a good thing that Trump and his administration are so busy lately planning on renaming things, destroying the East Wing of the White House, doing Darwin-knows-what to the reflecting pool at the Lincoln Monument, setting up a UFC match on the White House lawn, etc. That helps us all out so much more than ending the war with Iran, lowering prices, etc.

Looks like the line-up will eventually just be Ted Nugent and Lee Greenwood singing “God Bless the USA.”
