Well If It Isn't a Christmas Miracle I Don't Know What It Is

You all know that I've been waiting 4 months for a $400 refund from Carnival Cruise Lines.
A few minutes ago a neighbor 3 streets over knocked on my door and handed me a piece of mail. He was helping HIS neighbor who is out of town by picking up his mail. Here in my neighborhood there is an XYZ Road AND and XYZ Street. Makes things very confusing sometimes.
It was the missing refund check from Carnival!
It had cut off half of my street address, so for example if my street number was 12345, it only read 345. You all know I live in Louisville, Kentucky. It was addressed to Louisville, Alaska! There is no such place!
It's really a miracle that it got here at all. OMG!

Fantastic news ….its great that you got the refund ….and lucky too as it went to the wrong address.

That really IS amazing, that you even got it at all! And the good neighbor that brought it to you, how very nice. Many people wouldn't have bothered to, and just marked it as undeliverable or tossed it. Yay!!
