I tend to procrastinate

All the rain has made things grow a lot. I contacted my person who mows. I can mow some, but he does it faster. He set a date, said he was going to the junkyard tomorrow, so it would have to be Wednesday. I offered him some more junk. He sells it when he takes it to dump it. I have had lots of things in my way. Some of it will still make useful things for someone, but I am not going to get to redoing them, etc. He took a good deal of junk. The things he deems useful he will take with him when he mows on Wednesday. Good riddance. So that is a win for me. Glad to see it gone. I keep a bucket of metal scraps, etc. He just dumped it in his truck and gave it back to me. I will fill it again I am sure.

One day I’ll have to look up the definition of “procrastinate.” I keep meaning to. That’s great that he will take it and might get some money out of it. I had an old metal shed and someone was picking up the “good junk”, so he stopped and helped me take it apart in exchange for taking the metal (which he took to the recycling plant for some money). Definitely win-win!

this is me as well even my mother tells me that we could still used some junk, I still gave it to the person we always call for help. I don't like keeping things that we are not using daily even if it is still can be usable.

I am happy for you that the person who mows your lawn has good use of the junk that you give to him.

It feels good to get rid of stuff that's been lying around for ages.

My husband was the procrastinator. That's why I'm having to get so many projects done now.
