Hiyeeeee. I’m still doing well, and I just finished my work for today. So, I’ve decided to pop back in to say hello and post another Gratitude Challenge. :)
1. I got up earlier than usual today. I’m glad because it helped get a head start on things.
2. Walking through the park with my younger sister. It’s a beautiful day, the park looks so nice, and I think it’s just what I needed.
3. Work picked up yesterday, and I knocked out a few orders today.
4. This month’s seasonal coffee shop flavors are coconut and pineapple-based, as well as a butter toffee hot coffee and cold brew (I’m drinking the cold brew). They’re all SOOO good.
5. I had on my horror/Halloween playlist, but I’ve opted for something more relaxing. My current favorites are the “Autumn Cozy” album and “Coffee Shop Music” playlist, both by “Nature Sound Retreat” on Spotify (if anyone is interested).
6. I had a small spike in anxiety earlier, but it’s pretty much gone now. I just kind of kept on moving, and it went away on its own.
You know, you’re all welcome to start the Gratitude Challenge on your own page. I started it on a now non-existent website years ago, thanks to another poster there, and continued it over here. You don’t have to do it every day, just when you’re up to it. Sometimes, I’m in the mood, and other times, I push myself because it’s necessary (and other times, I simply don’t post it).
Alrighty, I need to head home soon, so I’m going to wrap this up. I have no idea if I’m going to post anything else today/tonight. Regardless, you all stay safe and take care. :)

I'm glad you do them when you feel up to it or remember to. It's always important to think of one positive thing in your day to be thankful for.

Glad the anxiety spike passed and that the park walk, music, and coffee helped make the day feel better. Stay safe and enjoy the rest of your evening!

I am grateful to be able to assist my relatives to pay their bills from my work at home.
