Once a bread is 3-4 days old, some people dont want to eat it again, but smart people seem to have master the act of using such leftover bread to make other things. Many will whisked egg and add bread crumbs to them to make a delicious meal. What do you do with yours?

Same as @pitsipeahie I make bread pudding, or canederli, gnocchi made with bread.

Yep, that sounds like a strata, which is an egg casserole you bake with a layer of bread on the bottom, whisked eggs on top, and usually with meat and cheese and vegetables added to the mix. It's also a good time to make toast or "poor man's garlic bread." Worst case scenario, you can cube it and turn it into croutons for salads.

Either give it to the birds or make a bread and butter pudding.
