What do you do with your leftover bread

Same as @pitsipeahie I make bread pudding, or canederli, gnocchi made with bread.

I usually would make bread pudding.

I cut leftover bread into cubes and toast them in olive oil in the frying pan and put them on my soup during serving. Yummy!

Yep, that sounds like a strata, which is an egg casserole you bake with a layer of bread on the bottom, whisked eggs on top, and usually with meat and cheese and vegetables added to the mix. It's also a good time to make toast or "poor man's garlic bread." Worst case scenario, you can cube it and turn it into croutons for salads.

I rarely have left over bread. Our bread is always finished in time. But if I do, I'd make it into bread crumbs.

Either give it to the birds or make a bread and butter pudding.
