Another Friday has arrived.
This week was a good week at work. But still, I am glad that today is Friday, and the weekend, and those 2 days of life for living will be here later on today.
I plan on planting some flowers this coming weekend. I also saw a cool outdoor game online at Masterminds that I would like to go and get for the babies.
It is basically pickle ball on a stick and is in a portable base that you fill with water. They can play alone or with each other or another partner. It will help build their hitting skills. Next year they can graduate to the version with a tennis ball on the end of the rope.
Right now I am looking forward to a peaceful and productive day at work and then wrapping up the workweek to enjoy the weekend. How's your day today?

Thanks.
My parents used to go away every year for the long weekend in May.
They always left us 4 kids at home, and would have our favorite aunt come and stay with us for the weekend. One year my mother bought a zimm zamm game, which was a tennis ball on a pole. It was ideal for me, because we were at the age, where my 3 brothers pretty much kept to themselves, and I would get bored so easily, and sometimes I would cry as I would miss my parents.
I hope that the babies love it as much as I did.

That game for the twins sounds like a lot of fun!! Enjoy your weekend and hope your workday goes quickly
It's pretty hot here today but I don't have any plans and will just enjoy the a/c. You can bet there's some reading and/or crocheting at some point. My daughter starts her half days on Fridays for the summer.

Last week we had a mini heat wave where the temperature hit 35C(95F) which is quite unusual for the UK however temperatures have now returned to near normal this week. Hope you had a nice weekend & you planted your plants.

Yes, I read about that heatwave you experienced over there.
We have had a few hot days, near that temperature but for the most part we have had a cool and somewhat damp spring here. We are nearing the end of a two week period of no rain, ut before that it rained more than anyone wanted.

I am grateful that I was able to receive payments from my survey taking payments and replacing a chair that broke this afternoon.

Glad that you had a good week at work Julia.
I know what you mean about being glad it's Friday though
"those 2 days of life for living" will be here later on today.
I must say I do agree with that
Ah next year's version of the game sounds like what we call swing all.
A fine game I still enjoy playing with anyone who will play with me - we have a swing ball in the garden
