The past couple of weeks when I have been standing at the bus stop at the end of our street I have heard a dog barking ….. I could tell the house it came from and thought it strange as it’s a young couple who are out at work all day ….. Today I was in town and I bumped into a neighbour …..who lives next door to the barking dog ….. I casually dropped into the conversation that I had heard a dog barking …. “ oh yes, it is their dog…..it’s called Doug…..his Mom looks after it during the week “. Well, I thought to myself, she isn’t doing a very good job looking after it as it barks all the time …. Anyway, I asked her what breed of dog it was ….. She replied …… “ It’s some sort of Poo “ It really made me laugh, her just coming out with it like that …..we decided it is probably a cockerpoo !
