Hey, that is not Kai. My German Shepherd looks a little scaley today. She looks a little green, today. I hope she is feeling well I make the worse jokes. The lizards are out but they not being cooperative. I walk outside and there was a big one but was to fast, just a blur. I had to run in get my phone because that homie let me know they out and about, but they hiding. My sister raked up a pile of leaves out back and I could hear them wrestling around under the leaves. I started lightly kicking the leaves so they would run out but they were not playing my game. True rebels, love it. Anyway, I was like forget you guys and started walking all over the yard because know there is more out and about. I probably walked past this little feller 5 times. They are hard to see and blend into their surroundings very well.

That lizard is certainly hard to spot. Birds in trees can be hard to find too.

Yeah its not the greatest picture, but gives people an idea how small and hard they are to see in the dessert environment. They get much bigger, but not many that make it that far. There is thousands of little baby ones, you might see 100 small medium ones in a year, very rarely do you see what they look like when they hit their full natural size. Its a rough world out there.

They are and the cool thing about lizards is they freeze if they know you can see it like people told do with bears. If they know they can get away they will continue to run, but if they feel you have them off guard they just freeze. As soon as you look away they gone. Lizard brains know how to survive.

Yeah, they do not hurt anything and help with the bugs, who can hate that? Its just sometimes there is so many or to hard to see you have to watch where you step. They are very fast but when they in their meditative sleep with the sun they do not move for anything and can easily be stepped on.
