An Indian Meal, brought to you by Jim and Yvonne at 101,
The Main Course.
So for the main course I cooked a Chicken Bhuna and Yvonne made the Naan Bread
Yvonne has now done Naan Bread about half a dozen times now and I have to say I will never buy Naan Bread ever again
The Chicken Bhuna was the recipe as supplied by the Curry Kid and I am not blowing my own trumpet, but I really did nail it.
I never thought we would be doing stuff like this at 65 years old , and it's really good to see Yvonne showing off her skills in the kitchen again
As for dessert, it will be Ice Cream and Strawberries later,
No cooking involved

It all came together nicely
Timings worked
It was perfect
And it tasted good.

Never got around to dessert
