I watched another movie called Once Upon a Crime. This one was made in 2023 and it is a Japanese movie. It is on Netflix. There are no subtitles, but English voice overs. The original title for this movie is Akazukin, tabi no tochû de shitai to deau. Here are the English voice overs: Maxine Denis, Xiao-Yi Hernan, Kelly Lee, Thor Bishopric, Christine Lan. The actors/actresses: Kanna Hashimoto, Yûko Araki, Takanori Iwata. Big Warning: there is a little bit of violence and a big twist at the end. In this movie, Little Red Riding Hood decides to have an adventure. She meets Cinderella. Little Red Riding Hood is a detective in this movie. Before she meets Cinderella, she meets a witch who gets her dirty shoes. Anyway, Cinderella and Little Red Riding Hood see the witch and Cinderella mentions she wants to go to the ball. Little Red Riding Hood wants to go too. So another witch appears and gives them dresses and shoes. They also have mice and pumpkin as a carriage. At the ball, Cinderella is picked to dance with the prince. But there is a announcement that the royal hairdresser has been murdered. Little Red Riding Hood helps with the case and solves the murder. I really enjoyed this movie. There was hints at the end of new adventures, but I couldn't find any info of a sequel yet. I'm watching next Once Upon A Crime. This one was made in 2025.
