Forgot to post about my tea last night. It was one of the yummy ones too …. It was a variation on something I had.a few weeks ago …. So I mixed together ….honey, chilli flakes, sriracha sauce, salt and black pepper, rice vinegar and mixed Italian herbs ….. I scored a piece of chicken and sliced some Halloumi. Halloumi was placed in the scores of the chicken and the spicy sauce was poured over the top …. I cooked this in foil in the air fryer, adding more sauce half way through cooking ….. I served it with some roasted potatoes …. It was yummy …. What’s you favourite thing to cook ?

@traceyjayne That sounds heart-achingly good. Anything with halloumi is good. I made melanzane alla parmigiana this evening. A great success.

That sounds delicious! I missed your tea posts. My favorite thing to cook is Dorito chicken. A layer of Doritos in a pan, pour cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup over that, a can of Rotel tomatoes over that, shredded chicken, and then shredded cheddar cheese. It’s delicious. My mom made it all the time.

That sounds like an interesting meal. I would try a bite of the chicken to see if I like it. I steam a lot of veggies and make some type of roasted meat to go with them. I have roasted pork loin in the freezer from a month or two ago that just needs to be cut into bite-sized chunks and fried in the skillet. Steamed broccoli would go well with the pork loin. I may make that tomorrow. Pretty brought home a beef roast when she went shopping last. I'll make that one of these days.
