I fell asleep for about 3 hours this morning which is a record. I missed a text message...usually I sleep very lightly and hear everything. This means I will be about 6 days behind with Discussions since I'm too tired to address them. The doctor said the additional fatigue could be from her changing my medication to a smaller amount.
Yesterday I got one day's worth of Discussions done and started on another...and then the site went down. Sigh.
The US rate of inflation is now 4.2% and crude oil prices are on the rise again.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Tomato Basil Chicken, spaghetti, spinach, mixed veggies,
some sort of fruit...I don't remember what.
Dessert/Snack - Nuts, brownie
Dinner - Turkey/cheese sandwich, chips, cherries
What did you eat yesterday?

It must be the lower dose of one of my meds because I haven't been THIS tired in years.

Not sure, but today I am having Salad and for din Tiki Masala burgers and potato salad. I also bought some Bryers Rocky Road Carb Smart ice cream..pretty good for 110 per serving. I need icy things this time of year especially the next couple of days.

I hope you get more energy back. I had a bean and cheese burrito, later sliced deli turkey with some sliced pastrami iwith pickles and mayo rolled into a flour tortilla and an ice cream sandwich.

I can't typically sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time, so I have to basically have a series of naps throughout the day. It's a weird way to live, but it really helps that I don't have to work 8-5 any more.

I finally caught up on here this afternoon but I am not as popular as you so won't have as many comments to answer.
The date of inflation here will rise and the price at the pumps will go up again too
Hope you feel less fatigued soon Linda
