101F Is Pushing It

That's what our outside thermometer said at 7:30 this evening. And I know it's fairly accurate. It could be reading a little high because of keeping it in a bag. But I don't think it's a lot higher. Especially as it's in a shaded area. Shopping went fast. I got everything except a couple of things I will pick up at Walmart tomorrow after the auction. And I made sure I bought ice cream. Going to get a bowl soon. I did get things organized a little more in the backyard this afternoon. It's almost finished. Happy to have it almost finished. Hope you had a good day.

Wow! That hot for this early in the year, especially where you live! We're reaching the high 80s in my area and getting heat advisories already for this summer. We are supposed to be getting storms this evening/overnight. Thunder is rumbling right over our house now but no rain.

The bag is open so shouldn't be a big difference. I am going to experiment with different places to put it as I am learning how far away it can be and still read on the inside one.

Such high temperatures are bad enough but when it still that hot late in the evenings, it's even less pleasant.

That has been the strange thing the last couple of nights. It has went up some around that time. So I might need to find a different spot for the thermometer.

101f is really pushing it. I honestly don't know how humans cope when it's that hot I know I couldn't even handle 90F when I was like 30 Ice cream, good idea Need to eat it quick before it melts lol
