Oh my days, it’s so windy ….. The Mister had put a plough and two heavy watering cans on the garage roof, and overnight one of the watering cans got blown off. Luckily it was still in our garden ….didn’t fancy going round to the neighbours to say “ can we have our watering can back please “ ….lol I’ve just checked ….the cauliflowers and courgettes are still doing fine ….i was worried that the wind would be too strong for them ….. Anyway …..what are you up to today ?

With storms coming, I’m probably not going anywhere. I don’t want to get trapped in one of those rains where you can’t see.

Heavy clouds here with a high chance of storms and a flood watch in effect until 7 am Sunday morning. Pretty and I will be staying inside where it's dry and cool. We have a predicted high of 29C today. I loaded more ebooks onto my phone yesterday and have just started the latest Piers Anthony novel. Pretty laid down some frozen smoked turkey but didn't tell me what she's wanting made with it.

I hope the wind doesn't blow the plough down. That mightn't be good at all.
