A few of you have mentioned the weather already, but I was wondering how many of you like storms. I don’t because they so often bring tornadoes here, and I hate when the electricity goes out since it gets so stifling hot with not just the heat, but the humidity.
However, I have read at least one Mylotter say they like thunderstorms. I like rain, sure, we need it, but it just seems to get out of hand . I had one couple who used to live here that would sit on a bench out front and watch the lightning. Of course, I think they were high, but that was their ritual.
Today will be 97 F (36 C), and we have storms in the forecast.

Storms can be exciting to watch from a safe distance The main reason I like them is because they usually bring cooler temperatures.

Thunderstorms can be interesting but for the most part they can be severe and cause a whole lot of trouble. I also hate when the power goes out and it's stifling hot.
Today it's in the 80s and sunny

@AmbiePam it's really not too bad here today. If I had gotten up earlier I would have had my coffee outside but lazy me and I missed my window of opportunity.

As I had perhaps told you earlier, I like all kinds of weather conditions. This year we have a fiery summer. I liked it. Now rainy season is going to begin, we might have storms and heavy rain. I'm eagerly waiting for them also

Earlier, at 3pm we have thunderstorms followed by winds it stops but start again at 8pm.
Thankfully, now it stops. I don't like thunderstorms too because there's a lot of news people was being hit by lightning.
Now, we are currently no electricity. It's been on and off because there's some areas that the tree branches tangled to the electric wires.

I used to enjoy watching a good storm roll in, but always went inside just as the rain would begin to fall or the lightening strikes got close.
We lived in the country, and you could see the storms coming in from our back deck as they rolled across the field behind our house.
We are around 30C today, quite nice actually.
