Aam Sandesh a lovely summer sweet from Bengal

Aam in Bengali means mango and sandesh is a sweet made from cottage cheese. In Bengal sweets are invariably made from cottage cheese. My garden produced a lot of ripe mango this summer. I am still harvesting them keeping some for myself and distributing the rest among the people I know. I there thought of making this sweet from mango pulp. Apart from ripe mango, cottage cheese and sugar, I added some powdered fox seeds and cashew and some cardamom powder.I sprinkled some crushed pistachios on the top. This sweet from Bengal is really delicious.
