It's still early and I feel very sleepy. This has been happening to for more than a month now. I am wondering why this is happening to me. I usually go to sleep at around 9 to 10 in the evening and wakes up at 6 in the morning. It is an eight-hour sleep but why do I feel so sleepy and tired every time. As of this typing I am really yawning. I am worried that this might be a symptom of a medical condition and it has been in my mind for quite sometime now, that is why in as much as I could I go to bed early.

Has there been any change in your diet? Often times what we eat can also have an effect as well.

@kixsh101 Yes i had a similar Experience where i was always waking up extremely tired even after sleeping for long it. After i reduced my sugar and the amount of food i consume, my sleeping habit improved.

Maybe you need vitamins? Or perhaps more protein in your diet for energy? If you’re feeling run down though, perhaps you should see your doctor.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to see your doctor who could examine you & send you for some blood tests. Thyroid function iron levels to see if there is any deficiency. Hope you feel better soon.

You can talk to a doctor about it. Another smart option is to ask AI. You'd be surprised with the great advice you will get.. good luck

Are you bored with your life as it is? That always makes me yawn and feel tired.
