Egg Tarts

I have always love trying different pastries and desserts. Egg tarts is one of my favorites. At first glance, they may look simple, but one bite reveals a wonderful combination of textures and flavors. The golden, flaky crust gives way to a silky, creamy custard filling is so rich without being too heavy. Served warm or cold, I like them both.
Egg tarts pair perfectly with a cup of coffee during a quiet afternoon break or as a light dessert after a meal. What I love most is that they are sweet enough to satisfy my craving without being overpowering.

I got to try one from HK, which they has the best egg tarts, but I think ours are just as good as those overseas. They have their own unique flavor too. Unfortunately, my wife is intolerant to eggs, so she can’t have this one as it would give her an irritable bowel if she eats too much.
