Mom's chicken cordon bleu

Yes, mom took the initiative to cook our lunch earlier. She called it chicken cordon bleu. She is very excited because she saw how its done on tv . I helped her prepare the ingredients and she cooked after. It was delicious for a first timer.
Lotters, does your mom have a specialty dish that only her know to cook them?

I agree , I think it should be deep fried , so that the inner part is cooked well.

I think restaurants has their secrer ingredient and recipe for a certain dish or meal which no one knows , tried doing that too once and I did not do it again hahahahs

Mmm. That does look good.
Yes, mom had a way of always knowing what was good. She was a member of a ladies Pinoccle group and when it was her turn to host she always got rave reviews on her food creations. She's one of those type of cooks that can take next to nothing and make a great meal out of it.
