While monsoon is good the waterlogging is trouble creator

Wow! I've seen the streets in Springfield flooded like that but it doesn't happen where I live in Aurora. I hope nobody was drowned in the flooding. Do you have to tell Sathvik he can't jump into the water and play when that happens?
