In Kerala houseboats one can reach the mango trees from the boat

In Alleppey in Kerala there are lovely backwaters. After the boat sailing across the backwaters it stops near mango and coconut trees. One can be in the terrace of the boat and reach the branches of the mango trees. There is lovely greenery there.

Do you ever tell Sathvik he was a cute little boy? It's too bad he grew out of that. Now he looks like you... Were you cute when you were a little boy, too?

I saw some videos of these backwaters. Lovely places and great boat rides ! You are a big travel enthusiast. Great share. A lot of cooking in Kerala and neighboring states involves Coconut Oil and Milk, which reflects in the flavors there.

I have read & seen how beautiful Kerala is & how beautiful the back waters are. We love mangoes but they are fairly expensive here.

How lovely it would be to be able to pick mangos from on top of the house-boat. Can you do that? Pick mangoes?
