Wrong Cake. / myLot

Last night, I ordered cake for hubby. I ordered the one with white flower sticker. Since it's a surprise, we had to wait for hubby to sleep to be able to see the cake properly. When it's time to check the cake, I noticed they sent us the cake with a cherry sticker. Though it's both chocolate and they have the same price and hubby likes the cake that arrived,I still reported the incident in the app that I used. They could have message or call me if the original cake I ordered is not available.

I'm glad your hubby liked the cake you got even if it wasn't the one you ordered. Did they give you a discount on the next cake you buy?

Aye I think that they should have told you that the cake that you ordered was not available I would have eaten both cakes Glad your hubby liked the cake and hope he has had a great birthday

If it's not available, it should not be on there on the ordering tab in the first place.

For sure, they should have told you. Same thing happened to me when I ordered something online. The product wasn't sold out when I ordered it, but then it wasn't available. I got no notification or anything. Had to deviate and get something else. It was for my Dad's and my sister's birthday (they have the same day on the 12th.. my family doesn't live in the same area as me). So I had to tell them that their gifts were delayed. My sister just got hers Thursday. My Dad will get his Saturday, hopefully. But at least he'll get everything before Father's Day. Happy Belated Birthday to your hubby! Hope he enjoyed his day
