What we did today!

I mentioned in the post before this that we are having friends get the new restaurant ready for opening. They just signed the lease a week or two ago and we are hoping to be open by 1 July so it’s been pretty much nonstop all week.
We have been pretty much put in charge of the job site and have a couple people who work under us, including a 17-year-old who we are teaching is the best way to put it. He hasn’t ever had a job other than washing dishes and clean up at the diner that they already have open and we have been using him for painting and cleaning and stuff and I have been trying to teach him the right way to do things because he’s young enough that he can still learn.
So today we painted two coats of primer in the additional dining room as well as scrubbed booths and tables and put boost together We also got ceiling tiles put in. So it was a pretty full day. We got there at 9:30 this morning and left at 6:30 tonight.
So that’s what we did today. What did you do?

He’s getting better. But we don’t have him again till Tuesday.

I think it's going to go very well. They already have one opened and had a food truck in the past. They have such good food. But thank you

I do too. He seems to be picking up on some stuff
But he’s also still a kid, so he doesn’t work hard as I’d like him to
