Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 75 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 86. I'll take it! I'm going to turn off the AC and open up the windows.
I woke up to some spicy texts from the ex. Not sure why he was up so early. In any case he showed up for a couple of hours. *ahem* 
It was a nice visit. He might stop by later for dinner. Of course I won't object to that. All 3 of the cats were up in his face. Charlie is very friendly to everyone but Adso and Claire aren't. . . except with him. It is really weird. They love him.
I'm heading to the pool today. Woohoo. I'm sure my friends will show up with their daughters. I'm going to bring my poor beaten up and scratched up pool mat. Adso thinks it is a scratching toy. 
I don't feel like paying $50 for a new one though so it will have to do.
No big plans for the day aside from working on my tan. I need to start working on the ice cream projects though. I have way too many eggs!

Good afternoon. It is cloudy and looks like it could storm at any time. It DID rain this morning but isn't raining now. We are under a flood watch through Monday afternoon.
It is 3:30 pm and 82F in my part of Missouri.
Pretty and I went shopping this morning and brought in groceries. After we put them away, I went to sleep for a couple of hours. I'm still tired so it won't be long before I go back to sleep again.
I bought fresh strawberries and cleaned some for breakfast. Pretty decided she didn't want any. *shrug* Leaves more for me. I'm planning on eating some fresh peaches with late lunch today.
I hope you're enjoying your day in the sun.

Are you still taking those meds which advise against being exposed to direct sunlight
