Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 72 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 75 and it is supposed to rain for most of the day. Ugh. So it isn't going to be a pool day. I guess that is good since I'm pretty burned from the weekend. I will just hang here with the cat crew. I have some cooking projects to do. I need to use a bunch of these eggs. What's everyone else up to today?

I forgot to ask you when you mentioned freezing eggs as an option. Have you ever frozen eggs and used them later? Did they taste any different than fresh eggs? This morning, I have a doctor appointment, and then I’m off to the pharmacy. By the way, I’m getting an air fryer for Prime Day. Do you have any tips on what to look for to get the best kind?

I haven't frozen the eggs yet. As for the air fryer--no tips there. I got one years ago and hated it. It was one of the kitchen things I left at the house when I moved.
