I Hope My Coffee Is Doubly Magic This Morning

Happy Wednesday Everyone! the rain has stopped and today is sunny, bright and beautiful.
I'm having my coffee and catching up here for a bit before getting involved in a phone call I don't want to make.
I have a very good friend who drives me crazy. She is a Debbie Downer and the older she gets the more complaints she has. I love her dearly which probably sounds like a contradiction but we've been friends for at least 50 years.
I feel bad for her as life hasn't gone exactly as she had imagined (like whose has?) and every time we chat she goes on and on about how unfair life has turned.
She called last week and I wasn't mentally ready to listen to her so I ignored her call and feel bad that I haven't made the time to call her back.
Today I'm biting the bullet 
taking a Tylenol and making sure my crocheting project is handy to work on while I have her on speaker.
Meanwhile, things here are good

Oh, dear. I know how this can be. I have a high school friend that I feel the same about. Her life isn't fair, her children don't visit or want her to come and visit them, and there are never any positive words come out of her mouth. One of the most negative people I know. I feel like I have run a gazillion miles when I talk to her--she wears me out.

I had an old HS friend wanting to chat me up on FB..but To be honest, she isn't that great of a person and I am not interested in her. Also I was terribly afraid she was gonna start babbling about the stuff she talked about in HS.
