Second attempt partially unsuccessful

After making a second attempt of ordering Bounty paper towels and toilet paper for my mom from Walmart, I ran into the same issue as last time. While the toilet paper was thankfully delivered today, the Bounty was not. When I log into my Walmart account it is showing delivery from store for the Bounty instead of regular delivery, which it originally said for both items. I received an email that they ran into a delivery issue and brought my order back to the store. While they said they will try to deliver it again later today I doubt that it’s going to happen. I have a feeling that they’re never going to deliver the Bounty to my mom. If that’s the case, I wonder if they’re going to charge me for shipping because without the Bounty I am below the $35 shipping minimum.
