I finally resumed my morning workout.

Every morning i usually go for a walk, most mornings around 6am, or before 6am. this walk often last for and hour plus or even two hours but for some months now i stopped doing this due to insecurity around these areas and i was simply just tired.
While i haven't started the morning walks, i decided to start afresh by doing some cardio indoors and a 15 minute jogging. Maybe after i build up enough stamina, i might start my morning walk again, but this time mix it with actual jogging.
Staying consistent isn't easy though as there are some morning where you really don't feel like it.
Do you do morning workouts? What keeps you going?

I do morning walks almost every day, except when it's hot or when it's raining. I also do HIIT and cardio workouts indoors. What keeps me going? I'm over 50 and I need to exercise for my bones. Daily exercise gives me energy too.

honestly, i dislike measuring my time. i go to my walks without my cell as well so i when i come home, then i can see what time it is. i also do some stretching indoors. yes, consistency is the key but if you don't want to walk one day, you can stretch indoors and i think that's good too. what keeps us going? not sure, a habit of it, perhaps
