Does anyone really believe that someone vandalized the Reflecting Pool?

Like how stupid could they be? It was in fine condition until Trump decided to drain it and paint the bottom "American Flag Blue" whatever the hell that is. It was supposed to cost $1.6 million dollars but somehow wound up costing $16 million due to a no-bid contract with one of Trump's buddies. So first the jacka$$ had a fleet of cars drive over the emptied pool. Then it was painted blue. . . which warmed up the water and promoted the growth of algae. Trump claims there's some great nanofilter or something but it clearly sucks and not in a good way. The Reflecting Pool is now completely green and filled with algae. The geniuses Trump hired to clean it dumped tons of strong hydrogen peroxide into it to try to kill the algae. Yeah you know what that does? It kills ducks and strips paint. The stupid blue paint job has been ruined. Trump is trying to say that people vandalized it by using a razor blade to cut a 350 foot into the bottom of the pool and dumped fertilizer in it. Like who would believe that? No one with 2 functioning brain cells to rub together would go with that. He screwed up yet again. Such a good builder and businessman. Just look at all of his Atlantic City casinos. It is amazing that this moron was re-elected and people still think he is going to improve their lives.
