Heatwave in Europe

Omg heatwave in Europe! Since last week we have been experiencing this intense heat and Denmark has recently recorded its highest temperature of 37 degrees. Whoa! hot haha.. And as we all know nordic countries like Denmark are not accustomed to such extreme conditions. I just can't sleep at night even if the windows are open. No air-condition or fan in our apartment. And we're sweating like a pig lol.

My air conditioner went out for 18 days one summer, and one night in bed, I simply reached over to the bedside table for the bottle of water on it, and poured the whole thing over my head. I did not care my sheets and mattress got wet, it was just unbearably hot.

No fan, no AC, and trying to sleep in that sounds rough. Nights are often the hardest because there’s no break from it and everything just holds onto the heat.

I know what you mean since the heat index is just over 100 degrees Fahrenheit during the daytime hours.
