..so I started the day on a high note with the power back on and all devices charged up... yippee
..Had a crazy, brief downpour this evening that came out of nowhere.. to top it all off, I finally finished watching "Happiest Season"...a 2 hour movie that I dragged out for a month ..don't blame me for that..I had a lot on my plate .. anyone ever seen the movie?..i
it's a heartwarming Christmas film about people hiding their truth because they are afraid of not being accepted. The finale totally got me in the feelings and got me all teary-eyed...
Overall, it's a great movie ..Not a bad way to cap things off, right?.what's your absolute must-watch holiday movie ?

I can't say I've ever heard of it. I used to have movies I watched all the time during the holiday season, but now I struggle to watch some of the holiday movies I used to love because I've just seen them all so many times. I get excited whenever a new holiday movie comes out to change things up a little. When I was younger, I always watched A Christmas Story, Home Alone 2, and a few others. When 8-Bit Christmas and A Christmas Story 2 came out, we started watching those to change things up a bit. We occasionally go back to a classic here and there. I will say I still watch Holiday Affair from time to time during the Christmas season. I used to love that movie when I was younger, and I will watch it on occasion now. I like the old version with Robert Mitchum, but they made a newer 90s remake of it, I believe, but I think it was a made-for-TV movie.

That sounds like a good movie with a message, although I have never heard of it. I like the movie Elf. That is pretty cute.

We always watch the cartoon Christmas shows every year on YouTube.
We have a 20% chance of rain/storms tonight and the sky is solid overcast. Who knows if it will rain or not.

It's not a movie, but A Charlie Brown Christmas is must-watch television every year.
