Ugh Smokey McSmokerson is back

I don't remember if I mentioned this but if I did, well, here it is again. The chain-smoking pothead son of a neighbor up here is back. Another neighbor told me like 2 weeks ago that he had moved "down south" but that he visited his mother like once a month. So I assume by "south" he meant southern NJ and not like Florida. I said I figured as much since I hadn't smelled the stink of his smoking since I got back. Well last week I smelled cigarette smoke in my bedroom. I was like WTF and even texted my downstairs neighbor's son to see if he was smoking in his bedroom since it is below mine. He responded no and that he doesn't smoke. I didn't think he did but the smell was so strong. When I saw my downstairs neighbor the next day I asked about it and she said that Smokey was back. GREAT. I didn't notice until she told me that there are cigarette butts all over the stairs and landings. Yup there sure are. She said she is going to call and complain tomorrow. I will drop in the office on my way to the pool because I need to follow up on the broken dishwasher anyway. It was really nice being able to walk out the door without having to dread possibly seeing him.
