My brother Grilling for A Third Day In a row. Hot dogs on first day, took like 5 hours, because he wants to smoke them. They more like sausages but after 5 hours in the smoker. They were a bit shriveled and I do not know if ladies would approve. Come on that was funny. They did taste good, just like. I thought they would be bigger. The 4th was burgers, He did not cook them as nearly as long because he likes his burgers raw more or less, but they came out to greasy and he had temperature of smoker to high, so they just tasted like smoke. Not the best tasting burgers I ever had. Today is ribs, he is going 2 hours on that one, we will se how they turn out, but I was kind of tired of BBQ/s, back to Mylot/ The firework show was a bit different, the city show was quite tame as I guess new fire work law crack down. There were plenty of big ones in area, but university sounded much more tame. The whole area was pretty crazy. Glad they are farther away from us, but sounded like cities were mowing each other down how many there where in the distance. They always say if you want to see the coolest firework show, visit our local mountain. It has to be certain areas because forest will block a lot of it and also with corporate world,buying everything up. you not allowed in certain places. anymore. I never cared about fireworks that much. There is a few left, I bet it looked crazy from up there.
