Pointed gourd with oil tastes good with rice

Bengalies call point gourd as potol. There is a dish called tel potol. Tel means oil. If the pointed gourds are fried with oil and then the vegetable and the oil is eaten with rice they taste lovely. They can be eaten with chapati also

I would try the pointed gourd cooked with oil but Sathvik would have to eat my serving of rice.
