Past 7 his morning, Canlaon Volcano in our place is spewing a big pillar of thick smoke which can be seen in one of our main city streets. Those who live within the danger zone of the Volcano are right away advised to leave immediately to avoid possible disaster. We're praying that we may be spared from possible disastrous in case it will eventually explode. Lord protect us. Save us. Photo: Jervy Advincula's FB page

Thank you. As of now, we're safe for the explosion is moderste and it did last a few minutes. Only Canlaon City is affected by ashfall

@Nakitakona Years ago, I was in the path of heavy ashfall from Mt. St. Helens, I lived in Montana then. It was so thick, they shut us down for an entire week and we had to stay inside...not running heat or AC or opening windows, because the ash would damage the systems and they didn't want us breathing it all in, either. I am glad you are safe!!
