Somebody Paid for Our Lunch Today

It was a weird set of circumstances. Hubby and I went to our usual Mexican restaurant today like we do every Saturday. We were eating our lunch and no other customers were there until a group came in the door and the man said, "We need a table for 6 and shots of tequila!" They sat the group of 6 right next to us. They ordered multiple shots of tequila and were also drinking beer. They were very loud and throwing the "F" word around quite liberally. They were a group of co-workers, 5 men and 1 woman, on their lunch break from work, drinking heavily! They didn't bother us, really. But when we asked our server for the check, she said somebody else had already paid for our lunch and she motioned to the group of six beside us. One man in the group walked over and said, "I wanted to apologize up front for the group because I know how they're going to be acting." We thanked him. It wasn't necessary for him to do that but it sure was very considerate. As we left, we walked past their table and shook the man's hand to thank him again and told the rest of the group to enjoy their day.
