I Made Myself Dizzy

Have you ever made yourself dizzy on accident? I’m just glad it’s not low magnesium again (faithfully taking that magnesium). I got a surrealist melting clock to review, and I like weird things. My only other clock is in my TV box, and when the electricity goes out, so does it. I’m thinking I’m going to have to get rid of it because every time I look at it I feel a little sick. Weird!

When it happens to me it’s usually my inner ear causing trouble. I’ve had problems with my ear since I was a child.

No, not really...last time I was dizzy was before I went to the hospital for DKA. Well maybe I kind of get dizzy playing VR, but that's more on purpose lol But that's a very interesting clock, didn't think of it causing that

I don't think I would want a clock like that around.

I get the occasional dizzy spell from a medication that I take, it is a side effect. Otherwise, I remember being so frightened when I flew, that when I turned my head too quickly or looked down, I got dizzy. I think that we all need an old fashioned clock that isn't dependent on hydro. I have a watch, or a clock as the twins call it. That is how they are learning to tell time actually. They each have their own wristwatch now. We have a small desk clock as well as an anniversary mantel clock that we count on for when the hydro goes out. I like the one that you are reviewing-very unique.

I love that they are learning to tell time! People rely too much on digital; everybody needs a backup.

@AmbiePam They still have clocks in enough places that mean we do need to learn how to tell time, in schools they have them.

Only time I was ever relaly dizzy was due to an inner ear infection a long time ago, However, once or twice while i have been intent on writing online I have felt a sort of short dizziness like a quick spinning feeling and then it just passes.

I heard those inner ear infections can really do a number on a person.

@AmbiePam I had one during my first job in NYC. Holding onto things I got to work on the subway and then walked around holding onto walls until they sent me to the nurse and told me to take a cab home, I was back at work after a week on antibiotics,

Yeah, that would make me feel icky. I have Meinere's Disease (inner ear problem). If I look straight up for more than a few seconds, I get dizzy.

My dad gets dizzy when he looks up for long too, but I think his doctor told him it was ear crystals.

I never get dizzy before 11.30 p.m. It is perhaps because I eat a little. When I drive, I'm fully alert.
