I just want to Thank All MyLots Friends for the support, encouragement, and prayers you have sent my way. Thank you Sooo much..and may God Bless ALL of you! Was still feeling rough this morning. Trying to figure out how to get my Sat. Morning Script filled. I called CVS, and she said it would be okay for Tom to come and get the old Script and drop off the new one. CVS doesn't open up after lunch until 2pm. So I looked up Prednisone. WOW..It is actually a medication used WITH Chemo to attack the tumor. I decided since I needed to go to Dollar General for a couple of things, that maybe I could just go do the Medicine as well. So I did...My aunt had told me to drink some GingerAle and eat Ginger Snap Cookies. Sooo I picked up those 2 items, some Toilet paper, and 2 cans of Chicken Noodle Soup. Got the groceries home and Old Meds. Within an hour CVS called and let me know my NEW meds were ready. An Antibiotic and Prednisone. I immediately took the Antibiotic, then 30 min later the Prednisone. After about an hour or so of still sickly...it all of a sudden cleared up. Still a little nauseas, but actually enjoyed a cheap can of Chicken Noodle Soup. LOL And not making me sickly. I hated going outside to the van knowing the birds and squirrels were watching wondering WHY no food for 2 days. Will try tomorrow. I DID feed Blackie as he more or less demanded his food...like a cat normally does. Hope everyone had a good weekend and lots of good food.
