Living in the city vs the country side

I would get bored living in the country. I like living in the city. More to do.

Where I live is considered a rural area.

I think I would prefer living somewhere lively and close to the beach. It would still feel active and enjoyable, but also more relaxing than a busy city. I like the idea of having restaurants, shops and things to do nearby, while also being able to go to the beach whenever I want

I loved growing up in the country but had to move into a small city when I started working. I would still prefer living in the country if I was still able to drive all the time. My daughter wants to move us into a larger city which I am fighting every step of the way. I don't want to be living on top of other people or listening to them fight in the next apartment beside us. Pretty wants to move into the bigger city because I can't drive every day like I did when I was younger and she says she could catch a bus or take a taxi when she wants to go somewhere. (This small city has no city buses or taxis, nor does it have Uber or any other type of taxi service. Our city is too far outside the larger cities for services like Uber to be willing to drive this far to pick somebody up or bring them home again without spending a month's rent to pay for those services.)

I have mostly always lived in the country. Don't like the city

Hands down I've always loved living in the country side of the world it's a lot more quieter more open away from neighbors & people more laid back & peaceful, or use to be that is till we got too many people in the world that has ruined it from stealing to killing & so on.

I'm used to living in the city because it's where I was born and where I went to school. But I also have a home in the countryside which I stay in once in awhile. So I have both worlds.

I never lived in a countryside. But I would love to try

It's the country for me every tme but now we live in the city. As we're old it's good to be near medical facilities.

I always prefer the countryside there is lovely scenery

I was born and raised in the capital city of Manila. I moved to a nearby province at age 29, soon after I got married. We raised our two girls in the countryside for over 10 years until we decided to relocate to Manila for work and study opportunities. We miss the fresh air, the quiet, the sound of birds, and our huge backyard. But we'll have to stay here in the city at least until our girls finish college. It's much more convenient to be here at this time since I'm now closer to my Mom and to a few friends. We live in a small 2-bedroom apartment, but I'm thankful that our place is just walking distance to my husband's office and my youngest daughter's school. I was a country mouse for a long time. I'm back to being a city mouse.

I used to work at the capital city for 3 years and it was very exhausting, the salary was bigger but the people were always in a rush, and noisy to, sometimes we spent hours to commute to work because the traffic is too crowded. now I live in a village, I can grow my own vegetables and raising chicken at the yards it is much more peacefull I dont think I want to move to big city anymore

I love in a small rural town so it's totally different than either being in a city or living in the country.
