We finally did it

We bought a cat water fountain. High class cats? No. Just that both of our cats are guys and one- Fred- has had trouble whizzing. So he is on a prescription diet. What a way for the pet companies to make money until the cat has to be hauled into an emergency Vet. Fred loves to drink out of a flowing faucet. There goes our water bill up and up. Daughter suggested a water fountain. It took a day or so for Fred to stop ignoring the steel gizmo. Now he drinks from it. Peter cat accepted it sooner. Of course one of my big issues was to put the round mini tank where? It has to be near a plug in. I finally settled on putting it on the kitchen floor.
The photo should show crocosmia flower. I have two of these flowering plants. Now that I have seen their beauty I am ready to plant a dozen more. I hope some day I will witness a hummingbird near the flower.

@snowy22315 I wonder why Nico is so picky? I don't know what kind of fountains are for sale. We found a metal one that didn't cost a ton and went for it.
