How are the beaches where you live?

Almost all beaches are crowded this summer. I went to the beach at least once a week to enjoy the season. Every time I went, I saw only a few people in the water for a short time. The rest of the people enjoyed themselves soaking up the sun and playing on the sand. I guess they don't stay in the water long because it is so cold. Even though the weather is hot and the sand is very warm, the ocean water is incredibly cold. I was at the beach yesterday and I didn't go in the water at all.

I would have thought the water there would be warm as it is in the Maldives and Tahiti. I guess you must not be too close too there.

I live in a part of the United States surrounded by ocean (Florida), and I grew up in a house right on the beach, so I've spent many, many days and years at the beach. I live farther inland now, but I do try to visit the beach as often as I can.
Question for you: given that you live in a nation that is majority Muslim, do the women have to fully cover up when going to the beach, or are the dress standards more relaxed in your nation? Can you wear a two-piece bikini, or one-piece bathing suit, or is it required to fully cover up your body?

the beaches I love is about an hour drive from where I live, the last time I went to the beach is like a week ago and yes the beach was a bit too crowded since it was also school holidays. for me going to the beach isnt complete without playing in the water.
