Yes, I did a very silly thing....when we came to the caravan at the weekend I bought a bag of mini curly curly .....toffee covered in chocolate.
It's been a mini heatwave since then ....
What had I done .....
Only left the bag on the table .....not in the fridge ....
Had I remembered just in time ....or was it a solid lump .....
I opened the bag, hoping for the best but fearing the worst ....
Well ..... initially, it was a lump ....but .... surprisingly, it was easy to get the little curlies apart ....
They are now in a dish, in the fridge ....
I will tuck into those tomorrow.
Have you ever forgotten anything like that ?

Well, not really a food. But you did bring to mind something I noticed in my car the other day. I had a small candle in the cup carrier, and my local pharmacy had given me a dog biscuit for Sadie, who was with me at the time. She didn’t want it at that moment so I thought I’d bring it inside my apartment. Instead, I left the dog biscuit sitting on top of the candle, the candle melted and enveloped the dog biscuit, giving me a unique, but useless candle.

She got one from the cashier at the drive thru convenience store too. She wouldn’t touch that one either!

Nice that you were able to separate it. Have to be careful in this heat.

Nope... It's cold enough in our house that chocolate doesn't melt if it's just left on a table. We do sometimes store chocolates in the fridge but then I usually don't get any. Pretty will eat them all. I usually keep chocolates in my bedroom closet. At least then I KNOW when she's taking them and can tell her to leave me some of them.
