My appointment went good and she said all my parts look good. It was a well woman checkup. As long as the pap smear result come back good I will only need to do one more of those in a few years. One of the good things about getting older. 
I was surprised my oxygen level was at 97 percent as it's extremely hazy outside today. The smoke has fully reached our area now. I really feel for the ones in Canada where it's very heavy.
Not doing a lot today. I don't even need to cook as I made spaghetti yesterday. It just will need reheated a little.

@wolfgirl569 Not at my age. They tell you to come in every two years. Especially when you’re on birth control (for migraines).

Well hope the results are good. I avoid that test if I can. Was supposed to get it 2 years ago and didn't, so now it's been 5 years. I'll let them I guess if I ever conceive again. That's good about your oxygen with it being hazy out.

Saw the fires in Canada on the news , not good.
We have one burning just now as well in Cairngorm.
