I caught Kitty in light sleep I meowed at her once. She flicked her tail at me once. That is what she does when she is in light sleep. I then meowed at her twice. She flicked her tail at me twice. Can cats count? ,

Yes, when you teach them. Even dogs can count if their humans will teach them. God bless.
