Sad start to the day

Woke up and Tom walked in the door, he had taken the truck to his friend's to put it on the computer. Needs new Throttle Body one of the parts doesn't work. I swear when it rains it pours. But I was on the phone with some friends I haven't talked to in a while waiting to get some news on the cancer. They were happy things were going good in that area. Found out one of my newer friends almost died with a rare cancer. Her doctor and another doctor specializing in that type of cancer got together and made up what they call a Cocktail treatment and it saved her life. Her doctor told her she was a Miracle Walking. He really never thought it would work, but had to try. I learned a LOT today...I ALWAYS try to learn something new every day, but today made up for any lost days! Didn't get to go to the store till after 3pm. Bought a Walmart Chicken. We are having that, one of my mixtures of carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower with seasoned butter concoctions, and mashed taters.
