Our simple lunch

I prepared this menu for lunch I think two days ago and I forgot to share it here and now, I have the time. What you see in the table is fried rice, sautèd monggo with moringa or malunggay leaves and our province's pride and product sun dried fish, salted eggs with tomatoes.. Honestly , I am running out of dishes / menu to cook everyday hahaha its hard to think about what to cook everyday . My brother is a picky eater and my mom eat almost anything.
We finished everything , I mean there were no left overs, I guess they missed this kind of food for lunch. And now, I am still thinking what to cook for tomorrow.
Fellow lotters, when you plan to cook something , do you list down and prepare everything ? Ingredients

Sounds interesting. I don't know some of the foods listed. I like a lot of finger foods in the summertime. The less cooking on the stove or in the oven the better. Makes it too hot in the room. I don't usually list it, just make it.

I love your menu. I can have that any day! I cook mung bean soup almost every week. I very rarely list down meal ingredients now. My daily menu usually depends on what's fresh and on sale at the supermarket. I make do with what is affordable and widely available.

Thank you very much for appreciating my menu , its simple but it tastes good. In our household I am usually in charge of buying stuff in the kitchen and moat of the time I always make it a point that I stick to our budget so I list down whats important to buy first now if there is a change left from our budget I buy something else too .

I have all my recipes bookmarked on my phone
I make sure I always have all the ingredients on hand the day before I plan to cook something.
