If they keep calling it's likely not spam. Normally if it was , they'd quit after the first failed attempt.

Well, I don't answer calls that are identified as spam. So it took a dozen calls for him to finally get smart and leave a message. His speech was garbled so I never did figure out what exactly his deal was. Life goes on.

I agree with you. I would never accept a spam call. If it's not spam and it's an important call, they should write a message, introduce themselves, and state the purpose of the call.
These days, there are many scams via phone calls. So, we must be careful when answering calls. Many people fall victim to phone scams.

@detoya That they do. I don't disagree. However, you would also be surprised how many people either won't leave a message, or if they do, don't know how to leave a propper message. I get plenty of voicemails from debt colectors, who don't know how to leave a proper message. Basic communication skills have disappeared along with other things people used to know how to do.

They really are annoying when they keep calling. I never answer any call unless I know who the caller is
