Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 73 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. You all know that I love the hot weather but it feels nice to have the AC off, the windows open, and have the breeze coming through here. We are expecting storms today and a possible tornado. That's like the 2nd time in a week we've been warned about tornadoes. They aren't really a thing around here. I woke up just after 5am. Not ideal but hey it is better than 2 or 3am. I snuggled in bed with Adso for awhile before finally getting up. I have another wicked headache. I don't know what is up with this. I almost never get headaches. Now I'm getting them all the time and I can't take aspirin or ibuprofen for them due to my ulcers. I should check my blood pressure. I take a medication for it (carvedilol) but who knows. No big plans for the day. It won't be a pool day. I'll just work on cooking and cleaning. I already have the plants watered and a load of laundry going. Not bad for 6am. What's everyone else up to today?

Hopefully the weather isn't too bad for you. I'm in the office today. We're supposed to have rain later. Hopefully it's not too much. But we'll see.

Hopefully the storms are not as bad as they are predicting. It does seem strange to hear about tornado warnings in places that don't normally get them. I hope the headache eases up soon too. It can't be much fun waking up with that before the day has even started.

I’m glad you’re taking your blood pressure. A couple years ago he kept getting headaches, and it wasn’t until he was at his pharmacy and they took his blood pressure that he discovered he had high blood pressure. After being put on medication, his headaches stopped.

Good morning. It is 75F and cloudy in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to be 100F and sunny today. I'd rather have your rain. (Humidity is 90% right now.) I'm tired and thinking about going to sleep early this morning. I hope you have a wonderful day.
