Things everyone should do at least once ......

Apparently, according to a report I was reading this morning, someone has been paid to compile a list of things that people should do at least once .....
I probably will quote more over the coming days , but these are a few things on the list .....l
Learn how to bake bread
Travel in a hot air balloon
Travel abroad on your own
Have a pet
Learn a second language
Go to a music festival
Let me know if you have gone any of these things ....or you have the urge to do any of them ......

@traceyjayne I’ve travelled abroad alone (the best way, and without credit card, insurance, phone etc), have had loads of pets, have learned several languages but amn’t stupid enough to ride a hot air balloon.

I wanted to travel in a hot air balloon, but I was told I had to be able to stand up for a long time, and that’s just not possible for me. My dad and stepmom did it, and they confirmed they didn’t think I’d be able to manage it.
I traveled abroad with my sister, but I’d never go by myself due to safety concerns.
So far on your list I can bake bread, have a pet, and went to a music festival. Not much!

I know there have been negatives about the hot air balloon but I think I would still like to do that one....

The only thing I haven't done on those you mentioned is travel in hot air balloon. That was on my list pre pandemic days. There's a hot air ballon festival in one of the cities in my country which I did plan to go to before the lock down. And after two long years of being in a lock down, that plan was just forgotten.

I do have a pet
There was a time when I wanted to go up in a hot air balloon but not so much anymore. It just sounds more romantic than the actual experience.

I have learned a second language and did travel on an airplane ride by myself in the summer of 1986 traveling from Panama City Panama to New Orleans.
