Nothing beats enjoying an Italian classic Castellano sandwich, fresh bread, flavorful prosciutto , and the perfect mozzarella thick slices. Simple, satisfying, and packed with authentic flavor. this is probably my favorite sandwich ever but it is high in sodium due to salt cured ham so I don't eat it often.
Its a kind of sandwich that you eat with your eyes closed from how good it is lol.

I never heard of it, but it does sound delicious indeed. All that delicious deli stuff is freakishly high in sodium unless you get the low salt variety of the meat..which of course doesn't taste as good. By the way, did you ever have a Cuban? So yum, my fave sub.

I would eat that every day for lunch
Salt cured Ham is the best .
But if that's all the salt/sodium I consumed in a day ai would do it every day
